Our work is backed by the Proactive Vitality Management Model (PVM) which emphasises goal-oriented behaviour to increase mental and physical energy. We provide evidence-base tools within this model to give employees the tools for self-empowerment and advancement at work.

REAL WORLD EXPERIENCE

Mindfulness is not just the flavour of the month at Sunrise Well. Our Director, Ruth Kent, has been practicing meditation for 30 years, with many deep periods of practice on retreat and advanced meditation trainings. Ruth has studied both yogic mantra meditation, compassion-focussed therapy, and Buddhist mindfulness meditation. She infuses the intentionality and compassion of mindfulness into everything we offer at Sunrise Well.

PUBLIC HEALTH

We live and breathe public health. Our extensive training in public health, health sociology, psychology, and health coaching support our work in training, consulting, and coaching. We understand the principles of self efficacy, social determinants, epidemiology, and research-based practices in health promotion and disease prevention. Health education is nuanced and should be targeted to the unique needs of the target population. We take care to understand you and your group to ensure our trainings are relevant and impactful.

EXPERIENCED EDUCATORS

With 30 years experience in education and facilitation, we understand the principles of working with groups, both large and small. We tailor our workshops and educational trainings to reach even the most unengaged participants. We love coming up with new ways to share important information and understand the learning journey our clients are on. Whether we meet for one hour, or several months, we ensure that our clients progress, learn, and meet their outcomes.
