Sunrise Well was created to Educate, Empower, and Energise people for future-focussed businesses who care about their people’s wellbeing.
We believe in people-first approaches to work and help you to optimise the nature of connection and people performance through strategic consultation and programs that suit your unique people to reach their full potential, through coaching, classes, workshops and programming.
Looking after the health and wellbeing of your people is no longer considered a perk. It is an essential element that sets companies apart, retains staff, reduces, burnout, and increases revenue. By bringing wellbeing to the forefront of your strategy you show your team that you genuinely care, and you are willing to give them the support they need in order to thrive.

When I was a little girl, I thought I had saved a butterfly’s life. I found it fluttering and unable to fly, so fed it sugar water and placed it on a bed of cotton wool. When I returned a few hours later it had gone. I’ll never know if it flew away, was carried away by ants, or moved by the wind. But I still think about that butterfly and the magic of belief, hope, and fulfilment in the way we live our lives. And I believe this begins with our work.
I’ve always had a little bit of whimsical hope. A belief in the magic of life. I don’t believe we are here to simply work and die, without questioning and looking for more.
We spend an average 90,000 hours at work over our lifetime. It has to be a place where people are supported to thrive.
Not only that, improving the health and wellbeing of the people in a business also makes the business more successful.
I created Sunrise Well because I care about people waking up and living fulfilling lives.
I am an avid learner, a lifelong student, and a studier of people. I love to bring the science and research of public health, psychology and health sociology, and the wellbeing practices of mindfulness, wellness coaching, and yoga together to look at workplace wellbeing from a variety of views.
My qualifications include:
Psychology / Post Graduate Diploma in International Public Health / 500+ hours of yoga teacher training / Level 3 wellness coaching / Master’s in Biomedical Meditation Therapy and Allied Health.
I first learned to meditate at the age of 15, back when meditators were hippies and I only spoke about it behind closed doors. I was inspired to dive in and learn more about my own mind, as well as get a better understanding of others and what makes them tick.
Science now shows that positive wellbeing and good health are more than just the absence of disease. “Wellness” as a concept moves the focus from the negative state of disease, through the middle state of zero, and into the thriving state of wellbeing. Research now shows that it is possible to foster and enhance a true state of wellness through your own practices, choices, actions, and environment.
