Equip your leaders with skills in the core elements in workplace wellbeing with an industry leading expert who is a public health qualified, accredited health coach with advanced training and experience in mindfulness, and over 25 years’ of facilitation and training experience.
Understand the impact both positive wellbeing and poor wellbeing can have on workplace performance, engagement, and culture as well as the broader impact improved wellbeing can have on health and mental health outcomes, and determine how this may influence the productivity of your business.
Learn how to create a culture of wellbeing through psychological safety, values, self awareness, and mindfulness, and the essential tools and skills needed to have authentic wellbeing conversations.
We focus on evidence-based concepts such as creating a culture of health, self awareness, emotional intelligence, communication skills, and leadership skills in an engaging workshop that will leave participants empowered to begin the journey of facilitating wellbeing within their teams with confidence.
Learning Outcomes:
Understand about the role of wellbeing in a workplace, the key ways to measure wellbeing, and the impact poor wellbeing can have on performance, engagement, and workplace culture.
Recognise the role of culture and leadership, values and behaviour on health and wellbeing outcomes.
Develop self awareness on personal aspects of wellbeing, such as self awareness, mindfulness, team management, role modelling.
Create a strategy to improve communication, trust, authenticity, and psychological safety with employees to reinforce wellbeing conversations.

Who is this training for?
All leaders and managers responsible for teams. This training can be brought into leadership development, supporting HR Leaders, or upskilling managers in response to psychosocial risk management.
What is the mode of delivery?
This training can be delivered online or face-to-face, however face-to-face is the preferred option.
What are the training options?
The training is most effective when delivered in 2-3 hour sessions over the course of 8 weeks, to embed the knowledge into practice. It can also be delivered over an intensive 2 day period.
What is provided?
Handouts and materials will be provided. Location to be arranged by the hosting company, either off-site, in-house, or online.
Can the training be altered to suit my team?
Yes! The training is customisable to suit the needs of your teams. A fee for customisation will apply.
